Growing up in Russia with long brutal winters made me be really appreciative of early sunny days. I remember the first thing I wanted to do it was take off my hat and walk to school with my hair blowing in the wind. Ah… It was just so freeing. But the days were still short and right after 4pm everything that melted would freeze again. And I was thinking – Oh, no! Wait, I want to see grass and earth! I would get impatient and upset.

First flowers is out!

But eventually the winter will give up and everything will start springing up. I would say Spring is my favorite season.

Spring means renewing and rejuvenating. Are you getting ready?

Winter takes a big toll on your body. We tend to eat more to stay warm and move less for so many reasons. So – the result is that you feel heavier. Your stomach is thicker. Your colon gets constipated. Your skin is dull and dry. But not to worry. I have a solution for you….

Many years ago while working in the city I had a friend Mollina M and she introduced me to spring equinox cleansing as a part of winter detoxification. Even though I eat healthy for the most part, still – during the winter I’m no exception. Here and there – I pick a slice of pizza, or a little pasta. Comfort food on a cold day. We need that sometimes. So I eagerly accepted her invitation to create the 7 Days Miracle cleanse of colon, gallbladder and liver detoxification. I did not know what I was up to. When I announced it to my clients we got an amazing response. We sold our programs to 150 of my clients. I remember working so hard. My office in the city could not fit all 150 people at once, so – we decided to break it up into 10 groups. So – every day we did have a meeting with our clients. We taught them how to cleanse, how to make juices and stay on the course. It was before the real power of the internet. Let me tell you – going through the 7 days of the cleanse was hard. Everyday I had to overcome obstacles. I noticed food more than ever. I used to come home and watch cooking shows. I learned so much about my own food addiction.

Also I learned how to manage my hunger. It was an unforgettable experience. Since then I do this cleanse 2-3 times a year. I believe that this practice keeps me healthy and looking amazing at my age.

I would love to invite you to experience this for yourself.

I will continue to write tomorrow how it’s going to be delivered to you if you wish to participate.

Let me know.

Enjoy your day today and talk to you tomorrow.
