The Body You Are Living!

Stretching and turning my body during my yoga class this morning
put me in a state of assurance and calmness.

My head cleared up and I started feeling rejuvenated.

Some days it’s easy, some days it’s hard.

And of course as we grow and our body changes –
every day is a different story.

You look in the mirror and see yourself,
you notice your skin, your expression,
your eyes – everything is aging.

But you don’t see your body insides.

You don’t know what is going on inside of you.

You can only notice external changes.
But what about internal?

We all have a daily routine.

You get up in the morning; hopefully you eliminate
your urine easily with a steady flow and empty your colon.

Then you wash your body and brush your teeth.

You put on clean clothes.

And you will do this day after day after day!

You would not consider not washing yourself
for days, or weeks, or month or years.

That would be insane, right?

But you may forget the needs of your internal body cleanse.

The outside body represents only 10% of your body’s surface area;
the rest of the 90% is internal.

As I always remind you – your body is a “living machine”.

It needs to be cleansed with a supply of healthy nutrients
and clean water to keep you going and striving
in order to have great energy for work and play.

As an expert in Colon Hydrotherapy and having worked
with hundreds and hundreds of clients –
I know where the root of your problems is –
it’s your digestive tract.

This is the one part of your body that can, and should,
be cleaned (detoxified) on a regular basis.

I’ve come to this conclusion because of my own
struggle with my digestive tract for a long time.

After the birth of my daughter I suffered big health challenges.

I had been for some period of time on antibiotics and
this led my body into big gastrointestinal problems –
constipation, IBS, and skin problems.

And after trying all kinds of things,
which did not help much,
I tried cleansing and detoxifying my body and
I started feeling better and better and I healed myself.

And I became a big advocate for alternative
holistic body care and health care.

Which eventually led me to become a colon hydrotherapist.

Because we are always on the go, we opt sometimes for junk food.

Not enough exercise and fiberless food causes the average
American to be 70,000 bowel movements SHORT in their lifetime.

This blocked, encrusted fecal matter is slowly poisoning us,
infecting and rotting our bowel, causing inflammation,
polyps, fissures, ulcers, tumors,
cancer, and eventually killing us.

We are self-poisoning.

But it’s easier to prevent than cure all of this.

Even if you start doing just a seasonal
cleansing and detoxifying routine
it will put you in a better position.

The benefits you will receive include:

· Relief at last – you will feel empty for a moment.

· Sleep better – your stomach will stop making noises and be calm and flat.

· You will be smiling more – because you will feel comfortable in your body.

· You will lose a couple of pounds of waste.

· Your energy will skyrocket. Finally you can walk faster and catch that train at the last minute.

· You cravings for sugar will disappear. You will crave green vegetables and fruits.

· You will feel slim.

And that’s just a beginning of your journey to a healthy body and mind.
Because – remember – you have a gut feeling.

So – your gut will feel better – so will your mind.

October is great month for you to get ready for winter.
Holiday Season.

We are all going to celebrate these events with food and drinks.

It’s just our tradition.

You can’t get away from it. So get ready for that.

Prepare your body and you will go through it without
gaining more weight, without getting tired and constipated,
and without losing your eating habits.
