C stands for Commitment and Consistency!

I feel like it’s been so long since I wrote my blog.

My life is in consistent change. Never a dull moment.

I know yours might be the same as mine or even more eventful.

Here we are all back to school.

And Holiday season started already with Rosh Hashana.

New season is here. Fall is in the air. Pumpkins in the stores.

My favorite color orange is popping up!

I hope you are ready for this amazing season coming up.

I took a break from writing for a couple of days.

And even though it freed up some time,

but every evening I felt that something is missing in my life.

I have to admit – that my commitment a couple of months ago

to write for 30 days daily emails – created a great habit.

I know I can’t live without it and I’m so happy about it.

Another thing – The 30 Days Challenge – works wonders

on me and on my clients who took that challenge.

We are getting better and better everyday.

When we are done with this one – I will start the next one.

Maybe you will be next if you did not participate in this one?

That was about Commitment.

Consistency – I have been struggling with that

in a couple of areas in my life.

How about you?

It can be related to every aspect of our lives.

Consistency eating healthy, exercising,

doing the things we are supposed to do?

We do consistently take showers,

and brush our teeth – the basic life necessities?

What about a little more consistency in something that is not

required to do every day – but monthly, or bi-monthly?

When was the last time you had a massage?

I know you go for manicures every week – right?

Because everyone has painted nails –

you can’t be different – you must have it too.

And now another trend of fake lashes.

I used to have them, but Oh Boy!

The maintenance, the time – it’s not convenient –

and what it gave me – only a waste of time and money.

I can put mascara on in two minutes and be done with it and at

the end of the day take a shower without swimming goggles.

I used to do that! Now it is so funny to even think about it. I know.

But I have to tell you that I never failed to take care of my body.

I am consistent with it.

My mantra – My health is my wealth.

So – yesterday I got a call from a former client.

He came to me once or twice with his friend.

I did not see them for awhile.

Anyway – his friend got a Groupon for colon hydrotherapy and got a session.

He left his friend in the room alone for the duration of the session.

Well – that was OK, until the next day.

His friend ate at Boston Market and of course got

severe pain and discomfort to the extent she went to the Hospital.

But he called me for advice.

I gave them my simple advice – call to the therapist where they went to!

Ask questions  – What water they used? Did they use disposable accessories?

What was the water pressure was during the session? I don’t know this.

This is why I always stress to get a colonic in a place you trust.

Even as simple as it is – colon hydrotherapy can turn out badly.

I did run a promotion on Groupon a couple of years ago – just

to put our business on the map in New Jersey.

Not anymore.

I got some good clients from that promotion and they all stuck with me.

There is always a Groupon promotion for one place or another.

But If you know someone who treats you and knows you and your issues –

why would you go some place else just to save a couple of dollars?

For me personally it never worked out well.

You always get what you pay for = Rule Number One.

And if you are my client and you need a colonic –

and at this point you don’t have enough funds, I can always give you a discount.

I am here to help you.

I run a credit for a couple of clients.

Even that can work.

Now I’m back and going to be consistent with my blog

to educate you and help you to be consistent to take care your body and soul!

Until tomorrow….
