I always say – our body is living machine.

When is something goes out of alignment – you know it,

but sometimes it’s hard to put a finger on it? It’s can be anything – and then

you go to a doctor, get your test,

get a prescription and life goes on.

I remember when my daughter got Hepatitis decease,

I thought also that way.

We went to a doctor and she spend a couple of week

in the hospital, got better and was back home soon.

I was not worry much about it, until I talk to my friend.

She was telling me that Hepatitis is really dangerous disease.

I start reading and researching.

So I learn that once you got Hepatitis your liver will never be the same.

You become a carrier of Hepatitis.

And if you not precaution – this can lead to a liver cancer.

This is one of many reason I’ve got obsess about liver  health.

I start implementing in our life all kinds of supplements to support my and her liver.

I’ve learned how to detox liver. Fasting, eating and supplemtation helps me

to be healthy and my daughter to eradicate completely hepatitis from her liver.

Now she is healthy and not showing any problem with her  liver.

I always remind her about seasonal liver detox.

You want to take care your liver  like your car or your home.

Put it right fuel and make sure get out the waste,

other wise it will start to go bad.

You will smell and feel depressed, and angry for no reason.

You may think – why did I feel that way?

It’s nothing different then last month or week, but I feel so tired!

You feel exhausted.

Each day, our liver is working hard to remove waste product

and toxins from processed foods, unclear air,

water and even our own body.

But we get exposed to increasingly more toxins;

the liver struggles to remove them all and starts storing them in our body fat.

We quickly notice the results in our energy levels,

in our lack of youthful appearances – and surprisingly on our waistlines.

The liver is an important fat burning organ.

Experts claim that if the liver is sluggish or clogged with waste material

it will be less able to work, and fat can start to build up,

under the skin, as belly fat and even inside the internal organs.

Making sure your liver is working well, they say,

will help you flush fats from the body.

There is much reason that your liver experience difficult time.

It may be years of drinking alcohol,

taking prescription drugs – one of it is acetomorphen,

with a side effect of damaging the liver.

Usually it’s take years and years to developed ailments.

And even sometimes you don’t know about it until it’s too late.

Today – pay attention to your liver.

I want you to start with your urine.

Urine tells a lot about your overall health.

The shade of urine is relevant to identifying any potential liver disease as well.

When your liver starts becoming weaker day by day, the color of urine changes

from a light yellow to darker variants of yellow with every passing stage of liver damage.

Some might associate the change of urine color with dehydration,

but that doesn’t last for an extended period.

If you’re sure that you’re ingesting enough fluids to meet

your constitutional requirements, but still passing dark yellow urine,

take it as an indication of poor liver health.

Of course – consult your doctor if your urine remains a dark hue for any length of time.
