Labor Day Holiday is the official ending of summer.

I get the feeling of going back to school even though

I have been out of regular school a long time ago.

But I feel that life is a school on its own.

Do you know that Labor Day Weekend is the third

biggest weekend in US for grilling.

Most of the population of the entire country did a BBQ.

Everybody eats some kind of meat or chicken or hot dogs!

Including me.

And today you pay the price. Feeling tired and in need of another weekend to relax.

According to the “Mayo Clinic” it takes 6 to 8 hours for food to pass through

the stomach and small intestine. Digestibility refers to how much of a food

can be broken down into necessary nutrients used by the body.

It normally takes up to 24-72 hours to digest red meat depending on your digestive track.

Bowel transit time is the term doctors use to describe how long it takes for food to pass

from your mouth to your anus. Bowel transit time varies from person to person.

In fact, transit time can even vary in the same individual.

This is because the length of time required for food to move through

your gut is influenced by dietary factors. Diets higher in fiber are associated

with faster passage and bulkier stools, according to MedlinePlus.

Average transit times are between 36 and 72 hours, which is a wide range.

Vegetarians tend to have faster transit times than non-vegetarians,

according to a study published in the “British Journal of Nutrition” in 1981.

In this study, the distribution of transit times for non-vegetarians was

between 31 hours and 96 hours.

The transit times for vegetarians ranged from 27 hours to 54 hours.

The average transit time for the vegetarian group was nearly 24 hours faster than for non-vegetarians.

This is so important to know. If you don’t eat much fresh vegetables,

or don’t have other source of fiber, this bowel transit time will be even longer.

What happens if you don’t have regular bowel movements and you eat meat?

What happens to the meat in the heating condition of your body?

It will start rotting. And you are going to feel more and more tired.

But do not worry, I’m here for you to help you!

I personally recommend to take a break from food and do a detox or

just do intermittent fasting – do not eat for 14 to 16 hours.

Can you do that?

And then after the fasting come and see me for a colon hydrotherapy session.

You will feel renewed and energized.

If you have question on how to do intermittent fasting – Google it, or ask me!

Welcome back to school.
